This is your OFFICIAL INVITATION to participate in the 2011
Leavenworth Bavarian Member / Guest Best Ball Tournament!
This year the tournament will take place on May 21 & 22, 2011. We
will be doing a shotgun start both days at 10:00 a.m. with a
horserace to follow on Saturday. As before, you and your guest will
be entitled to one free practice round on Thursday or Friday May 19
or 20. (please call the club house for available tee times.)
The entry fee is the same as last year, $180 per team and
eligibility is the same as well – member must belong to the
Leavenworth Golf Club and / or the Men’s Division. Guests must be a
member of another golf club or men’s club, have a handicap
established by May 1st. and maximum handicap to be scored for the
tournament will be 20 this year instead of 18. Handicaps must be
listed in the GHIN system.
Please return this entry form, with entry fee to the clubhouse as
soon as possible or mail to Bavarian Tournament, P.O. Box 247
Leavenworth, WA. 98826. Deadline for entry is May 5, but return form
before that if at all possible so we have time to contact people on
our waiting list. Pairings will be assigned as usual with few
changes unless specifically requested. If you have a pairing
preference, please let the club house know and we’ll do our best to
accommodate.
Once again, our friends at Pepsi have contributed generously as a
sponsor as well as other businesses who sponsor the tee blocks.
Their participation helps make the tournament great ( as well as a
little more lucrative in prizes).
