Welcome to the Cascade Medical Center
Foundation’s
9th Annual Cascade
Golf Classic.
This
tournament is open to golfers of all levels.
The format is Shamble Best Ball.
Join us on June 27, 2011, and help support the
Cascade Medical Center.
Your player entry fee of $120 includes greens fee and cart, tee
prizes, contests for all, breakfast, snacks throughout the day,
awards banquet, and a five (5) place pay out.
Registration is at 9:00am.
Shotgun start at 11:00am.
Awards banquet following play at The Wild
Huckleberry restaurant at the golf course.
